1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order with Passion3D World, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services Offered
Passion3D World offers:
- Custom 3D design (CAD modeling, sculpting, rendering)
- 3D printing in PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon and resin
- Miniature modeling, architectural scale models, prototypes
- Arduino, IoT and electronics projects
- 3D scanning and reverse engineering
- Post-processing — painting, finishing, plating
- This online interactive 3D viewer / converter / studio platform
3. Quotations & Orders
- All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment (typically 50%).
- Final delivery is conditional on full payment.
- Lead time begins after design approval and advance payment.
- Production normally starts within 4–5 hours of order confirmation; shipping within 48 hours of manufacturing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST (18%) is applicable on all services as per Indian law.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), credit/debit card via Razorpay, Stripe.
- Bulk orders may be eligible for partial milestone billing.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any designs, models or files you supply to us.
- By submitting files, you warrant that you own the rights to them or have the right to have them produced.
- Designs created by Passion3D World remain our intellectual property until full payment is received; on full payment, full IP ownership transfers to the client (unless specified otherwise in writing).
- We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
- All content, branding and code on this website is © Passion3D World and may not be reused without permission.
6. Quality & Tolerances
- FDM prints: dimensional tolerance ±0.3 mm or ±0.3%, whichever is greater.
- SLA / Resin prints: dimensional tolerance ±0.1 mm.
- Surface finish, layer lines and minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to additive manufacturing are not considered defects.
- Functional / engineering tolerances must be specified in the quote brief.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.
- Once production has started, cancellation incurs a 50% production fee.
- Custom-printed items are not returnable unless they are defective.
- Defective items: report within 7 days of receipt — we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship pan-India via Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post.
- International shipping is available on request (DHL, FedEx).
- Shipping charges are quoted separately and depend on weight, volume and destination.
- Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Insured shipping is recommended for high-value orders.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to commission or request printing of:
- Firearms, ammunition or weapons components
- Items that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks or patents
- Counterfeit currency, identity documents or security devices
- Items intended for illegal activity
- Obscene, hateful, defamatory or terrorism-related materials
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion and will refund any advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passion3D World's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption or loss of data.
11. Studio & Converter Disclaimer
The online 3D Studio, Viewer and Converter tools are provided "as is" for convenience. All file processing happens in your browser. We make no warranty that exported files will be defect-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Always validate exported CAD/STL files in your downstream workflow before manufacturing.
12. Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
- One person / entity per account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, internet failures, government actions, strikes and supplier failures.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
